Fun facts

• Last time the Blazers won a series in the postseason, Mom was an Oregon resident (before her brief stint as a Californian Clippers fan like Shaggy Lillard, Malcolm, Billy, and Penny)!
• Last time the Blazers won a series in the postseason, Mom and Daddy were still in school. I start kindergarten this year!
• Last time the Blazers won a series in the postseason, it only took 3 games to win in the first round. The Blazers had to count to 4. I'm 5
  (and a half)!
• That was 14 years ago.  14 years before that, Dr. Jack Ramsey was still coaching the Blazers.
• Since the Blazers last won a series in the postseason, the Seahawks have twice played in the Super Bowl.
• Of course, last time the Blazers won a series in the postseason, there was an NBA team named after a loud booming noise from the sky...and I'm not talking Thunder.

But, now it's Lillard-Time!



Thus, Blazer Mania is the topic of this post, sweeping aside rival topics like Cinco de Mayo, May the Fourth be with you Day, May Day, Earth Day, Easter, and Nana's birthday!

And you know what that means: Flower pictures (doesn't it?)!



Once again, April brought us to the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival in Woodburn.

Then I started playing with my favorite part of the fields:



So we went to the playground to wrap up the evening:



 

 

Since we already know the Blazers can beat teams from Texas, we're not afraid of San Antonio nor Dallas; and Oklahoma's just a smaller version of Texas, so as long as the Clippers don't make it to the 3rd round, we'll see you in the Finals!
