Rockin' Away the Fourth

What's that Miles?



A party?



At the beach!?



With fireworks?!



And trains?!



And firetrucks?!



And another appearance of the Mutant Deer?!



Hmmmm...what's that mean?



It must be the Fourth of July in Rockaway Beach!!!

Miles said the parade was ok this year. It had its usual fire truck:



And the Portland Bus (with an ad for the train):



...but there weren't any tractors...and Miles promised tractors!



Boring!



It made me want to nap:



Miles tried to make up for the lack of tractor with a train ride:

 



I was skeptical about it being just as cool as a tractor, but it was pretty relaxing:

It was especially awesome hanging out with the family at the beach for the Fourth: Pictionary, bubbles, reading, and cheese! Who could ask for more?
